We build automated trading systems for MetaTrader 5.

Z-Index Apps (No. 780957) is a Cork-based development studio led by a team with over 20 years of software engineering experience. We are developers who love the markets, and we've dedicated our careers to building tools that help others trade with less stress and more structure.

This experience is the foundation of our own products, such as GaftMind, a platform designed to bring clarity to the trading process. Beyond our internal portfolio, we leverage our decades of expertise to build custom SaaS products and professional business websites. We don't just write code; we solve the complex pain points that hold businesses back.

We are a small team with one mission: make emotion-safe Expert Advisors (EAs) that trade for you while you focus on the work and people you love. After years of development, we ship risk-first automation on MetaTrader 5 - one EA lineup, one platform, with more playbooks added as live data and research mature.

We want to share what we've built and keep improving. We focus on systematic logic, session filters, and strict risk controls - rather than trying to trade everything, we narrow the scope so we can test and refine what works.

We use time restriction and session filters to limit exposure. The Expert Advisor (EA) is designed for specific market windows and includes built-in risk controls. We provide preset templates, documentation, and versioned releases so you can backtest and run the system in line with your own risk tolerance.

GaftMind is a suite of emotion-safe Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 5. The name is Irish slang for “grab” or “take” - we’re about taking opportunity and taking profit in the world of trading. We focus on risk-first automation that trades for you while you focus on the work and people you love.

Our EAs are built for MetaTrader 5 and currently focus on XAUUSD (Gold) via GaftMind Gold Pro, with additional market playbooks planned as live data and research mature.

MetaTrader 5 only. Each EA is built for specific symbols (e.g. XAUUSD for our current Gold EA, with more instruments as we add playbooks). A VPS is recommended for 24/5 operation during session hours.

You need MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and a broker that offers the symbols your EA is built for (e.g. XAUUSD for our Gold EA). We recommend brokers with tight spreads and reliable execution. See "Suggested broker" below.

We suggest these regulated brokers for MT5 – good spreads, multiple regional servers, and support for our EAs and popular instruments. If you sign up via our links, we may earn a small referral at no extra cost to you: Exness, Vantage Markets, IC Markets. You can use any other broker that offers MT5 and the symbols you need – our EAs are broker-agnostic.

We selected brokers based on regulatory status, regional availability, and MT5 support. Exness, Vantage Markets, and IC Markets are regulated by bodies such as FCA (UK), CySEC (EU), ASIC (Australia), and others. They offer multiple regional servers, support for XAUUSD (Gold) and major Forex pairs, and serve traders in both Asian and European jurisdictions. Always verify which regional entity applies to your country – for example, UK traders may need the FCA-regulated site, while EU users often use CySEC-regulated entities. Our EAs work with any MT5 broker; these are suggestions only.

Your broker decides (1) which region/server your account uses – that affects latency and execution; (2) which symbols (e.g. XAUUSD, EURUSD) are available – the EA needs the right symbol names; (3) rules like leverage, margin, and trading hours – these vary by account type and jurisdiction. Matching region, symbols, and rules to what the EA expects avoids connection issues, wrong instruments, or blocked trades.

Brokers run multiple MT5 servers (e.g. by region or account type). Your broker’s Personal Area lists the server name. Choose one that matches your account and region for best latency. The EA works the same on any MT5 server; only execution and spreads may differ.

Yes. The EA runs in MetaTrader 5 and is broker- and country-agnostic. You need: (1) MT5 installed, (2) a broker that offers the symbols your product uses (Spot: Gold + Forex, or Crypto when available) on MT5, and (3) a stable connection or a VPS near your broker. Regulations vary by country – check your broker’s rules for your region.

If you use your own VPS, pick one that allows MT5 and is in a region your broker supports; some brokers restrict login from certain locations. Exness offers free VPS hosting when you meet their criteria-check details there. Your broker account and regulations are your responsibility.

You can pay by card via Stripe at checkout, or by Revolut transfer. For Revolut, you may need to contact us first at zindexapps@gmail.com to get payment details. After payment is confirmed, you receive a license key and can download the Expert Advisor (EA) from your dashboard.

Sign in at the website with the email you used when ordering, then go to My orders (dashboard). For each paid order you will see your license key and a download link for the Expert Advisor (EA) file.

Yes, under our return policy: you must apply within 14 days of purchase and contact us with your order email and reason. To qualify, you must demonstrate that the Expert Advisor (EA) is not performing as intended-and that you have not altered the default input settings or configuration. Our presets are optimized; changing parameters can lead to poor results. We can reproduce your scenario using historical data to verify. See our Return policy for full conditions. Additional licenses are non-refundable.

A VPS is recommended for 24/5 operation during London and New York sessions. Running the EA on your PC is fine for testing, but if your computer or MT5 is offline during session hours, trades will be missed. See the "Best VPS" FAQ for what to look for.

Each license is tied to a single MT5 account. For multiple accounts, you need additional licenses. Contact us for volume pricing if needed.
